Course Objectives

  • Analyze how protein type, digestion rate, and amino acid composition influence muscle protein synthesis after ingestion.
  • Evaluate the efficacy of distributing protein intake throughout meals, as well as incorporating a pre-sleep dose, in optimizing muscle protein synthesis.
