Scientific Background:
Corey is a scientist at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute in Bradenton, Florida. Corey completed his master’s degree at Illinois State University in exercise physiology where he was a graduate teaching assistant and taught various sport and activity courses. Prior to joining GSSI, Corey worked at Fitbit and Google as a research scientist and technical program manager. Corey organized and led validation efforts for various health sensors on wearable devices. In his spare time he loves training for triathlons and spending time with his wife and dog.
