Athletic Background:
Brandon played football and competed in powerlifting in high school. Brandon now strength trains and cycles recreationally.
Scientific Background:
Brandon is an exercise scientist working at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute (GSSI), in Bradenton, FL. Before joining GSSI, Brandon received a master’s degree in exercise physiology at Mississippi State University (MSU). While at MSU, Brandon had the opportunity to lecture multiple exercise physiology courses and conduct research in multiple areas of the sports science field, working with athletes, law enforcement, firefighters, and college students. Brandon’s research background includes nutrition, technology, and training modification for performance. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing video games.
