Biography:
Domenica is a GSSI Advisor for Ecuador. Domenica earned her nutrition degree from UMAI, Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 2016. Her first job was at CINCAP - Centro de Información Nutricional de la Carne de Pollo, where her passion for nutrition research grew. In 2017, Domenica embarked on her career as a Nutritionist and trainer, specializing in functional exercises and working with >400 women. In 2021, Domenica completed diploma courses in Clinical Nutrition and Endocrinology at the Institute of Nutrition and Health Sciences (ICNS), endorsed by the University of San Antonio de Murcia. Domenica’s passion for nutrition and exercise has motivated her to continue her education, and she is currently studying Sports Nutrition.
In Domenica’s role as GSSI Advisor for Ecuador, she will be providing education and service to athletes, writing scientific articles and leading GSSI activations.
